学术带头人简介宋建民,光学工程博士,现为河北农业大学理学院副教授,物理系学术带头人。长期从事铁电、光电等功能薄膜材料以及器件制作等研究工作,取得了多方面的研究成果。采用偏轴磁控溅射法,在钛酸锶衬底上制备了Pt/BFO/LSCO异质结阻变存储器,揭示了BFO薄膜的阻变机理;制备了Pt/NBT/LSCO异质结铁电基光电存储器,确定了NBT薄膜取向与铁电性能和铁电光伏极化调控强度的关联;发展了一种制备FAl掺杂ZnO外延薄膜的通用方法;研究了BFO:NBT复合薄膜的铁电性能和铁电光伏性能,给出了BFO的复合引入极大提升了NBT薄膜的铁电性能和极化调控的铁电光伏效应。在Solar Energy Materials and Solar CellsChemical CommunicationsSolar EnergyJournal of Physics D Applied PhysicsRSC AdvancesMaterials Letters等发表论文20余篇。
